  One 6-foot skirted table with two chairs and name badge for one company representative. Wifi is included, electric will be available for purchase if needed. If an additional representative (including spouses) would like to attend the convention and/or social events, the registration fee or social package must be paid (but can be done at the member rate regardless of member status). A digital attendee list of those that opt-in, will be emailed to the primary registrant approximately 2-3 weeks post convention. Please note, NCSLVA is obligated by law to ask attendees if they wish to opt-out of publishing their information and sharing with exhibitors. NCSLVA respects the privacy of their members as noted. Exhibitors MUST check in and set up on Wednesday between 3-5pm or Thursday morning between 6am-8:00am. Please note— Exhibitor will not be able to exceed their allotted space without purchasing additional table space. No outside tables are allowed. No suitcasing permitted. Manufacturers reps are limited to two lines per booth.
